Administrative StaffAshley Bentley, MBA, CAE Ashley Bentley, MBA, CAE, serves as executive director of the Missouri Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Ashley has dedicated the bulk of her career to building and supporting the family medicine workforce and to nonprofit and association management. She is a nationally renowned and published expert on the family medicine workforce and specialty and career choice. A native of the Midwest, Ashley lives and works in the Kansas City metro area. She is passionate about supporting family physicians at every stage of their journey, from student to beyond retirement. She is energized by working collaboratively to address challenges, the tougher the challenge, and the more people involved, the better. Ashley is a Certified Association Executive credentialed by the American Society of Association Executives and a certified facilitator of the Kansas Leadership Center's When Everyone Leads curriculum. She regularly teaches and facilitates groups on leadership, change making, professional development, and team dynamics. She is also faculty in the American Academy of Family Physicians Family Medicine Champions program. Ashley serves as a committee chair with the Kansas City Society of Association Executives and is a professional member of the American Association of Medical Society Executives and the Association of Osteopathic State Executives. She studied at the University of Kansas William Allen White School of Journalism, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the Graduate School of Business. |
